The churches are St., St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Louis des Invalides at the Hotel des Invalides. In the same street as they once were also located the RPF headquarters of General de Gaulle. Neighborhood well-off families from Paris, the 7th district is part of what is called the "nicest areas" of the capital. There are ministries, the National Assembly and the Hotel des Invalides, the UNESCO headquarters, and many embassies. The only cinema in the borough is La Pagode, rue de Babylone, next to the headquarters of the Regional Council of Paris. Its architecture and the garden is no shortage of quaint.
